Fortis Healthcare Global Buys 28.6 Percent of Lanka Hospital

Fortis Global Healthcare Holdings Pte Ltd. bought a 28.6 percent stake in Lanka Hospital Corp. Plc, according to a filing to the Colombo Stock Exchange.

Fortis today bought 64.1 million shares in Lanka Hospital at 62 rupees apiece, Bartleet Mallory Stockbrokers Pvt. Ltd. said in the filing.
