Telekom Malaysia Submits Probe Report to Anti-Corruption Office

Telekom Malaysia Bhd., a state- controlled phone and Internet company, said an independent internal investigation into alleged improper payments to its employees has been completed and submitted to the country’s anti-corruption body.

It appointed KPMG Corporate Services Sdn. in January to conduct the probe alongside its own special affairs unit after Alcatel-Lucent SA admitted to bribing officials in countries including Taiwan, Malaysia and Costa Rica.
