Delia’s, Catalog Company and Retailer, Up for Sale, NYT Reports

Delia’s, the U.S. retail and catalog company for teenage girls, is up for sale, the New York Times reported, citing unidentified people familiar with the matter.

The company, which has a market value of about $60 million, has prospected interest among potential buyers including private equity firms, the newspaper reported.

Delia’s is also looking at other options, including capital raising, the Times said.
