Greek Marina Near Athens Draws Seven Bidders, Kathimerini Says

Hellenic Tourism Development Co. received non-binding offers from seven bidding groups for a 40- year concession to develop Vouliagmeni Marina, near Athens, Kathimerini reported, without saying where it got the information.

J&P-Avax SA, Lamda Development SA and a joint venture of Folli-Follie Group SA and Turkey’s Setur Servis Turistik A.S. are among the companies bidding for the project, which is expected to require investment of 5 million to 7 million euros ($6.8 million to $9.6 million), the newspaper said.
