Hochtief AG Chief Executive Officer Herbert Luetkestratkoetter plans to meet Florentino Perez, chairman of Actividades de Construccion & Servicios SA, next week to discuss an investor agreement, Financial Times Deutschland reported, without saying how it got the information.
