Bank Sarasin & Cie AG is adding to its 100 staff in Geneva to cater to French, German, Dutch and Belgian clients, L’Agefi reported, citing a presentation by Eric Sarasin, head of the private banking division.
The Basel-based bank manages 6 billion Swiss francs ($6.4 billion) of client assets from Geneva, the newspaper said.
Sarasin said the bank’s commitment to ensure that all clients are tax compliant within two-and-a-half years has helped attract new money, L’Agefi reported.
