Pfizer To Halt Funding in Allergy, Respiratory, Urology Areas

Pfizer Inc. plans to halt funding research in the areas of allergy, respiratory, urology, internal medicine and tissue repair, Chief Executive Officer Ian Read said on a conference call today.
