New Vision of Uganda Says First-Half Profit Increases 14%, Revenue Rises

New Vision Printing and Publishing Co., Uganda’s biggest media company, said fiscal first-half net income increased to 2.15 billion shillings from 1.89 billion shillings a year earlier.

Revenue in the six months through December rose to 31.1 billion shillings from 25.34 billion shillings a year earlier, the Kampala-based company said in a statement published in its New Vision newspaper.
