Great Eastern Said to Sell S$400 Million of 4.6% 15-Year Notes

Great Eastern Holdings Ltd., the Singapore insurance company, sold S$400 million of 4.6 percent 15-year bonds, according to a person familiar with the matter.

The company set up a S$1 billion multi-currency medium-term notes facility on Jan. 10, and appointed Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. and Morgan Stanley to manage it, according to a Singapore stock exchange announcement.
