CNA Names Beckman Underwriting Chief, Verheyen as Risk Officer

CNA Financial Corp., the business insurer owned by Loews Corp., named John Beckman chief underwriting officer.
Beckman was chief risk officer, a job that will be assigned to Mark Verheyen, the Chicago-based insurer said today in a statement distributed by Business Wire.
