Seventh Continent Owner Agrees to Buy Mosmart, Kommersant Says

Alexander Zanadvorov, owner of Russian supermarket chain OAO Seventh Continent, agreed to buy 100 percent of smaller operator Mosmart and its property assets from Sberbank Capital, Kommersant reported.

The deal may be worth as much as 7 billion rubles ($229 million), the Moscow-based newspaper said today, citing unidentified people familiar with the situation.
