Facebook’s Zuckerberg Visits Alibaba, Sina.com Says

Facebook Inc. founder Mark Zuckerberg visited the offices of Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. in China and met the e-commerce company’s Chairman Jack Ma, Sina.com reported on its website.

Zuckerberg also met Jonathan Luk, head of Alibaba’s Taobao.com online shopping unit, during his visit to the offices in the eastern city of Hangzhou today, according to the report. Sina.com posted a photo of Zuckerberg with Ma and Luk that it said was taken at the meeting.

Alibaba spokesman John Spelich declined to confirm Zuckerberg’s visit when reached on his mobile phone today. Alibaba is China’s biggest e-commerce company.

Zuckerberg, who said yesterday he’s on holiday in China, visited the Beijing offices of Baidu Inc. and Sina Corp. earlier this week.
