The AEX-Index was almost unchanged at 356.17 at 10:38 a.m. in Amsterdam. The gauge has risen 1.2 percent so far this week, its fourth weekly gain. Belgium’s Bel20 Index dropped 0.3 percent to 2,627.47.

InnoConcepts NV (INNOC NA) plunged 33 percent to 2 euro cents after the provider of marketing services to inventors was declared bankrupt by the local District Court in Den Bosch yesterday, according to a statement by the company’s trustee Louis Deterink.
TomTom NV (TOM2 NA) surged 4.5 percent to 7.80 euros, paring the previous day’s decline. Europe’s biggest maker of personal navigation devices will increase its workforce to 4,000 from 3,500 over the next year, Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf reported today, citing an interview with Chief Executive Officer Harold Goddijn.
Keyware Technologies NV (KEYW BB) dropped 2.6 percent to 1.48 euros. The Belgian supplier of electronic payment terminals said it will make a profit in the fourth quarter and reiterated its forecast for a full-year profit.
