Arrow Invites Four Groups to Bid to Design Australian LNG Plant

Arrow Energy, the gas producer jointly owned by PetroChina Co. and Royal Dutch Shell Plc, has invited four groups to bid for a contract to design its proposed liquefied natural gas plant in Australia’s Queensland state.

Companies in the groups include Leighton Holdings Ltd., WorleyParsons Ltd., Chiyoda Corp., Saipem SpA, and KBR Inc, Arrow said in an e-mailed statement today.
