School-Operator Zee Learn Plunges 73% in Mumbai Trading Debut

Zee Learn Ltd., which runs a chain of schools under the Mount Litera brand, fell as much as 73 percent in its Mumbai trading debut after buying the education business of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd.

Zee Learn, which operates 65 schools in 48 cities, listed its shares after it gave one share for every four held by the stockholders of Zee Entertainment in October.

The shares, which started trading at 73.95 rupees, fell to 20 rupees at the 3:30 p.m. close in Mumbai.
