Brink’s Belgium Bankruptcy May Facilitate Takeover, Belga Says

Zenner hasn’t received any formal or conditional offers for the Belgian business so far and would file for bankruptcy as soon as a potential buyer agrees to take over the workforce after the bankruptcy, according to Belga.
