Polish Stocks Climb to 30-Month High; KGHM, PKN Orlen Rise on Commodities

Poland’s benchmark stock index rose to the highest level since June 2008 as copper producer KGHM Polska Miedz SA and oil refiner PKN Orlen SA advanced on rising commodity prices.

The WIG20 Index climbed for a fifth day, adding as much as 1 percent to 2,773.31 in Warsaw. KGHM jumped 5.3 percent to 160 zloty as copper jumped to a record and Orlen increased 3 percent to 47.76 zloty, rising for a second day as oil traded near its highest level in 26 months.
