World Bank, ADB Express Concern Over Ivory Coast's Status After Elections

The World Bank Group and the African Development Bank “view with great concern and frustration” the uncertainty following the Ivory Coast elections, and will “reassess the usefulness and effectiveness” of their programs in light of the “breakdown in governance,” the two organizations said in an e-mailed joint statement.
