Taiwan, China Won’t Sign Investment Protection Accord, CNA Says

Taiwan and China won’t sign an agreement on investment protection at the next cross-strait talks to be held this month as both sides can’t reach a consensus after three round of pre-meeting consultations, the Central News Agency reported, citing Kao Charng, a vice minister at the Taipei-based Mainland Affairs Council.
