European Coal Climbs to $114, Heads for Highest Close This Year

Benchmark European coal derivatives advanced, heading for this year’s highest close.
Coal for delivery to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Antwerp with settlement next year rose $2.25, or 2 percent, to $114 a metric ton at 10:20 a.m. in London.
