Dutch Minister Urges Four EU States to Cut Budgets, FTD Says

Dutch Finance Minister Jan Kees de Jager said Portugal, Spain, Italy and Belgium must increase efforts to cut spending and revamp their economies, to avoid having to tap bailout funds, the Financial Times Deutschland reported, citing an interview.
