CIBC Plans Benchmark Sale of Five-Year Notes as Soon as Today, Bankers Say

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce sold $1 billion of five-year notes, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

The 2.35 percent debt yields 85 basis points more than similar-maturity U.S. Treasuries, the data show. A basis point is 0.01 percentage point.
