Spain Declares State of Emergency to Quell Air Traffic Controllers Strike

Spain will declare a state of emergency which could last as long as 15 days after the country’s air traffic controllers went on strike, Deputy Prime Minister Alfredo Rubalcaba said in a televised press conference following a cabinet meeting today.
