Rexel Sets Budget for Takeovers to 2013, Pauze Tells Investir

Rexel SA, the world’s largest distributor of electrical equipment, expects to spend between 300 million euros ($402 million) and 400 million euros a year on takeovers to 2013, Investir said, citing an interview with Chief Executive Officer Jean-Charles Pauze.

The company’s sales in emerging markets will double in three to four years, Pauze told the newspaper.
