Viacom Asks Appeals Court to Overturn YouTube Copyright Ruling

Viacom Inc., the owner of MTV Networks, asked a federal appeals court in New York to reverse a lower-court ruling that Google Inc.’s YouTube video-sharing website didn’t infringe Viacom’s copyrights.
