Turkish Crop Forecasts Suggest Faster Inflation, Radikal Says
Turkish forecasts for grain and vegetable crops point to a smaller harvest that may trigger faster inflation, Radikal newspaper reported, citing the state statistics agency.
The agency in Ankara forecasts the grain crop will decline 3.4 percent from a year earlier in 2010 and vegetables will fall 2.6 percent, the newspaper said.
