South African Growth Plan Has Too Much State Intervention, Bus. Day Says

A growth plan proposed for South Africa’s economy by the country’s economic development ministry has too much state intervention, Business Unity South Africa said, according to Johannesburg’s Business Day.

The plan will deter investors and skilled workers, Jerry Vilakazi, the chief executive officer of the group, South Africa’s largest business organization, said, the newspaper reported.
