First Foreign Planes Arrive in Israel to Help Put Out Fires That Killed 40

One plane from Greece and one from Bulgaria landed in Israel this morning with men and equipment to hel contain forest fires raging in the hills outside Haifa that have claimed 40 lives, an Israeli Army spokeswomen said, speaking anonymously according to military regulation.
