Ship Half-Submerged in Hong Kong to Unload Materials, RTHK Says

A barge that was unloading “‘prefabricated building” components for a seawall was partially submerged today in Hong Kong harbor, Radio Television Hong Kong reported.

The vessel was submerged so the building materials could be unloaded, RTHK said. Hong Kong’s Cable TV earlier reported the ship was sinking near Wan Chai pier.
