Russia Dryness Damaged 9% of Winter Grains, Interfax Reports

About nine percent of Russia’s winter grain sowings are in poor condition because soil was too dry during the planting period, Interfax reported, citing Roman Vilfand, head of the Federal Hydrometeorological Center.
