Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA, Poland’s dominant gas company, known as PGNiG, will this month open a procedure to hire management board members including a chief executive officer.
PGNiG will hold talks in January with candidates for four seats on the board, the Warsaw-based company said in a regulatory statement today. The term of the current management, headed by CEO Michal Szubski, ends in March, spokeswoman Malgorzata Olczyk told Bloomberg News by phone today.
