Malaysia Pension Fund to Sell RHB Capital Shares, Reuters Says

The Employees Provident Fund of Malaysia, the country’s biggest pension fund, may raise as much as 766 million ringgit selling 96.9 million shares of RHB Capital Bhd., Reuters reported in a story carried on the Business Times website.

The fund, which owns 54 percent of RHB Capital, offered to sell the shares at between 7.50 ringgit and 7.90 ringgit each, according to the report, which cited an investor term sheet.
