Israel’s TA-25 Index gained for a second day, adding 0.5 percent to 1,261.73 at the 4:30 p.m. close in Tel Aviv. The gauge slipped less than 0.1 percent in the week. Investors traded about 1.9 billion shekels ($520 million) in shares and convertible securities.

Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. (AFIL IT) dropped 1.3 percent to 22.15 shekels, the lowest level in more than two months. The holding company’s unit, AFI Europe NV, a real-estate investor and developer in eastern Europe, postponed its Warsaw initial public offering due to “unfavorable” market conditions.
Bio Light Israeli Life Sciences Investments Ltd. (BOLT IT) snapped an eight-day drop, rising 3.3 percent to 0.375 shekel. The company’s I-Optima unit signed a three-year contract with Spain’s W.M. Bloss SA Medical Technologies Inc. for its laser- based system for eye surgeries.
