Croatia Transfers Shares in Hrvatski Telekom to Pension Fund

The Croatian government transferred its 3.5 percent stake in Hrvatski Telekom d.d, the national telecommunications operator, to the Pension Fund, the company said in a statement to the London bourse.
Following the transfer, the government no longer holds shares in Hrvatski Telekom d.d., according to the statement.
