Pershing Square Funds Return 3.5%-4.9% in 3rd Quarter, WSJ Says

Investor William Ackman’s Pershing Square Capital Management LP had net returns between 3.5 percent and 4.9 percent in the third quarter, the Wall Street Journal said, citing an investor letter.

The letter also said the hedge fund ended its bid to gain control of a New York apartment complex when it sold mezzanine loans directly secured by the Peter Cooper Village and Stuyvesant Town, the Journal said.
