JPMorgan Sues Lehman, Making Counterclaims Against Defunct Firm

JPMorgan Chase & Co. sued Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., making counterclaims after the defunct investment bank demanded $8.6 billion plus damages in a May lawsuit.

JPMorgan was owed $30 billion when Lehman went bankrupt in September 2008.
