Jordan’s Government Approves 2011 Proposed Budget

Jordan’s government approved late yesterday the 2011 budget proposed by the finance minister last month, the state-run Petra news agency reported.

Next year’s budget cuts the fiscal deficit to 5 percent of gross domestic product from a revised 5.3 percent in 2010.
