DZ Bank AG seeks a buyer for its Polish unit, DZ Bank Polska SA, Puls Biznesu reported, citing an unidentified person familiar with the matter.
The German bank had talks with Polish billionaire Leszek Czarnecki, who controls Getin Holding SA, a Polish financial company, but negotiations failed over price, the newspaper said.
