Hon Hai Denies Reports Foxconn Workers Sold iPhone Components

Foxconn Technology Group employees didn’t sell white iPhone casings and other parts as reported by media including the Apple Daily, its flagship Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. said in a statement to the Taiwan Stock Exchange today.

A high school student in New York acquired white iPhone components from Foxconn Technology’s workers and sold them on the Internet, the Apple Daily reported today, without saying where it got the information.
