China Water Utilities Raised to ‘Attractive’ at Morgan Stanley

China’s water utilities industry was raised to “attractive” at Morgan Stanley, which cited rapid growth and benefits from the country’s next five-year development plan.

Beijing Enterprises Water Group Ltd. and Guangdong Investment Ltd. were initiated at “overweight” by Helen Wen at Morgan Stanley. Beijing Capital Co. and Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group Co. were raised to “equal- weight” by the brokerage, according to a report.
