Prestige Estates Projects Ltd., the Indian developer in a mall venture with CapitaMalls Asia Ltd., surged as much as 14 percent on its trading debut today.
The shares, which started trading at 190 rupees, changed hands at 206 rupees at 9:16 a.m. local time. Bangalore-based Prestige sold shares at 183 rupees each in an initial public offering earlier this month.
