Nippon Steel Corp. will acquire a 23.3 percent stake in the Revuboe coking coal project in Mozambique. Nippon Steel Trading Co. currently holds 33 percent of the project, the Japanese companies said in a release. South Korea’s Posco has a 7.8 percent holding. The partners will conduct a feasibility study for full development, the statement said.
