UBS Reports Third-Quarter Profit of 1.66 Billion Swiss Francs

UBS AG, Switzerland’s biggest bank, posted third-quarter net income of 1.66 billion Swiss francs.

That beat the 1.16 billion-franc median estimate of 16 analysts surveyed by Bloomberg News and compared with a loss of 564 million francs a year earlier.
