IBI, Citigroup Distribute Israel’s 11.66% Stake in Discount Bank

IBI and Citigroup Inc. distributed an 11.66 percent stake in Israel Discount Bank Ltd. after participating in a government tender for the shares, IBI said in an e-mailed statement today.
