Oct. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Fred Tecce, a lawyer at McShea Tecce and a former U.S. attorney, talks about efforts by Pacific Investment Management Co., BlackRock Inc. and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to force Bank of America Corp. to repurchase soured mortgages. People familiar with the matter said the mortgages were packaged into $47 billion of bonds by its Countrywide Financial Corp. unit.
