Berkshire's NetJets Agrees to Buy Up to 125 Embraer Aircraft, Sokol Says

NetJets Inc., the luxury flight business owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc. agreed to buy as many as 125 aircraft from Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautica SA.

“This is a high performance aircraft that is ideally suited to our owners’ needs,” said David Sokol, chairman of Columbus, Ohio-based NetJets, in a statement today distributed by Business Wire.
