NetGem of France Confirms Studying Purchase of Pirelli's Broadband Unit

Netgem SA said that it’s studying the purchase of Pirelli & C. SpA’s broadband communications unit.

Details of the possible purchase haven’t been decided yet, Netgem said in a statement on Hugin.
