Goldman Sachs, MF Global Among Six New Clearing Members of Green Exchange

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and MF Global Holdings Ltd. are among six new clearing members of Green Exchange LLC.

The other four are Credit Suisse Group AG, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Morgan Stanley and Newedge Group, according to an e-mailed statement from Green Exchange. Clearing Members assume “financial and performance responsibility” for all transactions guaranteed by them and executed through them on Green Exchange, the statement said.
