Arabtec CEO Says Gazprom Project Got Final Government Approval

Arabtec Holding Co. Chief Executive Officer Riad Kamal said OAO Gazprom Neft tower project got final approval from the government.
“Yes we aware that they have received permit from the authorities,” Kamal said in a telephone interview in Dubai today.
Gazprom, the oil unit of Russia’s state natural-gas producer, plans to build what may become Europe’s tallest skyscraper in the center of St. Petersburg. Arabtec is the contractor for the project.
