Ex-Moscow Mayor Luzhkov Approved Hotel Sale Before Ouster, Kommersant Says

Former Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov approved a new privatization program before his ouster two weeks ago, Kommersant reported, without citing anyone.

Luzhkov had agreed to sell the city’s 50 percent stake in the Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya and 20 percent of the Swissotel Red Hills, the newspaper said.
